Relax the Back sent a tech to my house, the tech said I needed a new spring assembly. Within 2 months the seat started sinking, and getting lumpy, the seat was as too uncomfortable to sit in, and the chair mechanism was beginning to rock. I bought my Anti-Gravity chair September 28, 2019. Adding insult to injury, they won’t give her money back so she can even try to find a chair that does help her to be comfortable. They pressured her into buying it in the first place, convincing her that it would help its only made her condition worse. They didn’t tell either one of us that at the time of purchase. Now they are telling her they won’t take it back because it was on sale. It is defective and she is already disabled.
